Spiritual Counseling: As a Licensed Spiritual Coach by the Universal Gnostic Fellowship, Laura works with you to connect Spirit, Mind, and Body. She will guide you balancing all areas of your life. The core of the work is on helping you remember your own Divine nature, your unlimited powers, your magnificient being. She helps you remember you are a Cosmic being, not 'just' a human being. You need to reclaim your Infinite Powers.

 Hypnotherapy: As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Laura incorporates hypnosis in her counseling sessions as a way to accelerate the process of growing. Upon request, hypnosis is not used. Laura uses fast and deep techniques that allows you to enter a very deep level of hypnosis. In hypnosis, Laura uses fast inductions as well as progresive relaxation techniques and imagery.

Past Life Regression: Laura studied past life and progression therapies with Dr. Brian Weiss, a well known psychiatrist and best seller author of Many Lives Many Masters. She uses past life regression upon the request of clients and/or as guided by Spirit Guides. Past Life Regresion is a powerful tool in understanding present challenges and life purposes.

Energy work: Laura is a Certified Third Degree Reiki Master and Teacher. Laura incorporates energy work on each of her hypnosis sessions, a combination of Reiki and her own techniques. Healing energy is channeled allowing for chakra balancing and healing to take place. Our Spirit awakens within. She teaches you how to utilize and open to your Own Energies in achieving Mastery over your Life. Upon request, she teaches and gives Reiki I, II, and III attunements.

Angel work: Laura invokes the presence of your Angels and Spirit Guides prior to each session, so that the process is guided by them. Angel work is one, if not the most important, aspect of her work. Your angels and Spirit Guides are always with you and Laura helps you connect with them. Laura is certified by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., a psychologist and best seller author of Healing with the Angels, as an Angel Therapy PractitionerÒ. Laura teaches and guides you through the process of opening up to your own Guides and Angels and how to communicate and listen to them as well as how to summon them on your day to day life.

Phone sessions: Available to local clients who are in occasions unavailable to come to the office. Also available to people who live out of town. Hypnosis is performed over the phone very effectively. Laura has performed hundreds of hypnosis sessions as well as past life regressions over the phone very successfully. She offers both Spiritual/Life Coaching Sessions over the phone and/or Hypnosis sessions.

Classes/workshops: Laura is available to teach at your organization upon request. She teaches a variety of topics such as the Law of Attraction, the Power of your Subconscious Mind, Self Hypnosis, Bringing Abundance to your life, and more.  Currently, she teaches at the Learning Light Foundation in Ahaheim, California.

Sessions in English or Spanish: Laura speaks and writes fluently in both languages. She is originally from Costa Rica and has been a U.S. resident for over 24 years.
